4SIX operates under a strict set of rules designed to ensure fair play, a secure environment, and a great experience for every player on our platform.
General Platform Rules
- All users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use 4SIX.
- 4SIX services are available only in jurisdictions where online betting and gaming is legal.
- Each person is permitted to hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed.
- Users must keep their account information accurate and up to date at all times.
- 4SIX communicates with users in English and Bengali. All official communications in other languages are for convenience only; the English version prevails.
- 4SIX is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures, or service interruptions outside its control.
- Platform availability is targeted at 99.9% uptime but may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance.
Sports Betting Rules
- All pre-match bets must be placed before the official start time of the event.
- Bets placed after an event has started will be voided and stake returned, unless offered as live betting.
- 4SIX follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body for settlement.
- In the event of a match postponement, bets remain valid for up to 48 hours; if the event does not restart within this period, bets are voided.
- For abandoned matches, bets on completed markets (e.g., first goal scorer) remain valid; other bets are voided.
- Accumulator (parlay) bets are settled based on all individual selections; if one selection is voided, the accumulator is recalculated without that leg.
- Maximum stake and payout limits vary by sport and market and are clearly displayed at time of bet placement.
- 4SIX reserves the right to limit maximum stake for individual customers without prior notice.
Live Betting Rules
- Live (in-play) betting is subject to odds changes in real time; the odds at the moment of bet confirmation are final.
- 4SIX may suspend live betting markets at any time during an event.
- Any bets placed during an intentional or technical outage may be voided at 4SIX's discretion.
- Score and status updates on the live betting interface are for informational purposes only and are not official.
- Live streaming is provided as a service enhancement; availability may vary by event. 4SIX is not liable for streaming interruptions.
- Cash-out (where available) is offered at the current market value and may be accepted or rejected by 4SIX depending on market conditions.
Casino & Slots Rules
- All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
- Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available on the game information page.
- In the event of a game malfunction or technical error, affected rounds will be voided and stakes refunded.
- Jackpot wins are valid only if achieved under normal game conditions without exploitation of bugs or errors.
- Live casino games are operated by certified third-party providers; their specific rules apply in addition to 4SIX general rules.
- Casino game bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and game contribution rates.
- 4SIX reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any casino game.
Payment Rules
- Deposits and withdrawals must use payment methods registered in the account holder's name only.
- Third-party payments are not accepted and will be returned with applicable processing fees deducted.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 24β72 hours subject to verification requirements.
- 4SIX may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds for large transactions.
- Chargebacks and payment reversals are treated as fraud; affected accounts will be suspended pending investigation.
- Currency conversion rates applied by your bank or payment provider are outside 4SIX's control.
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ΰ§³500 BDT (or equivalent). Amounts below this threshold will accumulate until the minimum is reached.
Account Rules
- Users are responsible for all activity conducted through their account, whether authorised or not.
- Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
- If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact 4SIX support immediately via live chat.
- Accounts showing no activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly fee of ΰ§³100 BDT may be applied to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs.
- Accounts may be closed at the player's request; any remaining real-money balance will be returned within 7 business days.
- Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances.
Fair Play Policy

- Step 2: Our support team will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
- Step 3: If unsatisfied with the response, escalate to our Compliance Department at disputes@4six.com.
- Step 4: If the dispute remains unresolved, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or independent dispute resolution body.
4SIX's decision on all bet settlements and game outcomes is final unless an error can be clearly demonstrated. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event.
